Save your love for someone who wants to love you back.

This is for all of those single ladies out there pining away for another who is uninterested, unavailable, and/or unwilling to like you back.

Don’t do this to yourself! You deserve better. You deserve to find and be with someone who is as attracted to you as you are to them. If you want to stand a chance at attracting that ideal partner, then you need to get the non-viable candidates out of the way. That includes the ones that you aren’t attracted to as well as the ones that aren’t attracted to you.

I know what it’s like to have a crush. Believe me I’ve had my share of unrequited affection. But it is only when you let them go, and tell yourself that you are worthy of the love you seek, that you will find yourself fully in alignment with your ideal partner.

This requires some discipline and some boundaries, but there’s two main ways to break a crush that’s crushing your heart.

1. Limit your access to this person, and their access to you, as much as possible. Unfriend or hide them from your social media feeds. Lose their number and don’t go out of your way to see or be near them.

2. Focus your attention, time and energy on other things that make you feel happy, confident and loved. Have a list of things that distract you from them and attract better emotions for you.

It helps to realize that their lack of attraction to you says something about them, not about you. Don’t self-loath or demean yourself because of rejection.

Make the mindset adjustment and keep making it until you feel you’ve moved on, stepping into the flow of what’s coming for you.
